Refund policy

Returns and Repairs

A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from info@beyondbaroque.com for any item that meets the proper requirements. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
a.) Request must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
b.) Full price merchandise only. Sale merchandise is final
c.) Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn and must
have white Beyond Baroque tag still attached.

All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer.
a.) All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to
ensure against damage.
b.) The package must be insured and postmarked within 7 days of receipt
of package with the RA# enclosed.
c.) A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.
d.) Beyondbaroque.com is not responsible for any shipments that are lost
or damaged in transit.

REPAIRS:
We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from BeyondBaroque.com. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your receipt.
Pending the nature of the repair there may be a repair charge. We will contact you with the cost before repair. Some items may be non-repairable.
